We have trained over 35,000 people in First Aid.
The RTO we utilise ABC First Aid 3399
Has a very simple easy-to-follow system.
How to get your certification on the day:
- Complete pre-course enrolment
- Pre-course studies
- Pay online or funds transfer
- Be deemed competent on the day by the instructor
You get your certificate normally within 24 hours
If you have on or before the day
Paid in Full
Completed the pre course study
If you encounter difficulties after multiple attempts:
- Try changing your browser settings
- If you’re still having no luck, we ask that you send all of your details to Shirley
- Send her your full name address DOB, mobile, and your USI
If you do not wish to do the pre-course workbook, then no problem!
Simply add an extra hour to the day
You can instead do in house workbooks.
Nominal course hours are approximate.
Sometimes we even finish earlier.
On the day of your training, please bring your:
- Proof of payment
- Completed copy of your online workbook (screenshots accepted)
Be at least 15 minutes early
Courses start at 9:00 AM sharp.
If you are registering a client staff member for a course,
Please ensure they complete the required online enrolment and workbook
Prior to attending ensure they receive the link .
If you have any pending payments,
We will not issue a certificate until the full payment is sent.
If you have any issues with the USI Unique student identifier, we cannot help you
If you do not have a USI you cannot enroll in a course. You need to go to their site at https://www.usi.gov.au/ or call them to register for one.
ASQA states that a participant must be able to do a minimum of 2 minutes on the floor.
This is a federal government imposition that we cannot alter.

The website does NOT guarantee that:
- A learner will successfully complete a training product on its scope of registration,
- A training course can be completed in a manner which does not meet the requirements of Clause 1.1 and 1.2, or
- A learner will obtain a particular employment outcome where this is outside the control of the RTO*
